Welcome to our Policies page at Skin KP Aesthetics. Here, we outline our cancellation and refund policy to ensure transparency and trust with our clients.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled.

You can reschedule your appointment once with a minimum of 48 hours notice and your deposit paid to secure the initial appointment will transfer to the new appointment time. Any additional reschedule requests after this will result in a new deposit needing to be made.

Due to the nature of the business, once bookings are secured with a depsosit, tailored orders are placed to obtain products required for your specific treatment, particulalry those that require a specific prescription in your name. We also encorperate the cost of our booking fees within our deposit and as such, if you cancel your appointment you will NOT be reimbursed the deposit paid to secure your booking regardless of the time allowed for the cancellation. Please consider your availability and finances fully prior to booking to accommodate for this.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the business, once bookings are made, tailored orders are placed to obtain products required for your specific treatment, particularly those that require a specific prescription in your name which comes at a cost to us aswell as our booking fee being included within the deposit amount. As such, if you cancel your appointment you will NOT be refunded the deposit paid to secure your booking.

A thorough consultation is completed prior to each and every treatment to ensure suitability and set realistic expectations. Results vary for each person and no refund will be granted if the desired results are not achieved.

Additionally, any and all treatments have associated risks regardless of safety measures and experience in place. Every treatment will be conducted following current law and regulations in place. If you experience a complication or adverse reaction to a treatment then your practitioner will follow the protocol in place and provide the relevant guidance. A complication presenting prior to or after your treatment does not and will not entitle you to a refund.
